Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Saturday) excluding National Holidays. We would also like you to take into consideration that we may experience from time to time a high volume of orders. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Our shipping rates are flat depending on the region or country. We have a flat shipping rate in order to keep costs down. Each rate is stated on the checkout page. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shortly after having placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation along with a link to be able to track your package. If within 2 days you do not receive an email with your order confirmation and/ or tracking information, we encourage you to write us at help.mdrndrms@gmail.com

Customs, duties, and taxes

MDRN DRMS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We at MDRN DRMS will offer a return/ refund policy within the first 14 days since your order is placed. 

We work on a case by case basis in order to bring the best support to our customers, if your order is lost or delayed, we are willing to negotiate exceptions to the 14 day policy.


International Shipping Policy

All our domestic orders are in the country of MEXICO. Any other country can also enjoy the benefits of our Return/ Refund Policy. We remind you that any duties, taxes, and customs are in the responsibility of the customer. If there are any issues during customs, we may email you in order to bring to your attention any issues we may have.
